1- BENGAL GAZETTE
Bengal Gazette was published in 1780 in Calcutta, now Kolkata. It was founded by James Augustus Hickey. It was the first English newspaper in India. It was also the first newspaper published in Asia.
2- SAMACHAR DARPAN
John Clarke Marshman founded Samachar Darpan newspaper. It was published on 23 May 1818 in Calcutta. It was the first Bengali weekly newspaper..

4- Bombay Times

Indian mirror newspaper was founded by Devendra Nath Tagore. It was published in 1861 in Calcutta.
8- Amrit Bazar Patrika
Amrit Bazar was published in 1868 at Jessore Calcutta, founded by Sisir Kumar Ghosh and Motilal Ghosh. It was published in Bengali at the beginning and later changed to English.
